"I believe that we are presented with a number of opportunities during our lifetime and it is up to us to make the best use of them in order to be successfull. Our personal successes touch those arround us and through resonant leadership we can influence the behaviour of others and make a difference. I am committed to making a positive difference in attitudes to health and safety and in the effectiveness of further education and training. Every day I will make a difference"

"My favourite quote is from a manager when I was working for the Marriott Corporation in America. He said to me; don't let it happen, make it happen. We all too often let circumstances happen arround us but we have the power to influence and change the outcome.  We just have to combine our initiative and skills with a little extra effort."
