After achieving this certificate those with relevant technical qualifications can apply to deliver CIEH courses at their place of work. see www.cieh.org.uk

This qualification provides an opportunity to understand and practice a professional approach to training design and delivery, with a structured syllabus and assessment.

Learning Styles and Preferences

Training Skills

Training Structure and Design

Training Styles and Communication

Training Assessment

This course is focused on the theory of learning and the planning process behind successful training

At the end of the course participants will be assessed on a 20 minute training presentation in a work related topic of their own choice
